I am a grown man by responsibility, an entrepreneur, a professional, a manager, a friend, a family man. Yet inside this body lives a child who never asked to disappear. People notice it. Some admire it, some misunderstand it. I donβt force who I am; my frequency adjusts naturally to whoever stands in front of me. With a five-year-old, I become five, not pretending, not mocking, but genuinely present. I speak to children with logic and respect, not because they already know everything, but because I believe understanding should never be delayed by age. With teenagers, I remember confusion and fire. With the emotionally drained, I become calm, honest, and deeply empathetic. And when itβs time for work, the child steps back, I become disciplined, brutal with standards, merciless with excuses, even to myself. Iβve learned that personal morals and business morals cannot live in the same room without conflict. Giving freely creates peace in life, but unchecked generosity kills businesses. Measuring everything protects a company, but destroys relationships. The danger begins when people expect personal softness in professional spaces. I am not changing faces, I am honoring context. I am one man with many lenses, and every one of them is real.
